The Green Book aims to empower clinicians to care for infants, children and young people with life limiting conditions and their families.
This edition includes pain and symptom management, practical supports, psychosocial issues, bereavement support, communication and available resources. This edition has been updated with improvements and changes in practice and to better reflect the diversity of society in Australia and New Zealand, including more information on First Nations peoples, LGBTQIA+ families, spirituality, communicating with adolescents and community development perspectives.
The update of the Green Book has been overseen by a Clinical Expert Advisory Group with 50 Authors and 10 peer reviewers contributing to the update.
