As a senior social worker, Leah has extensive experience working with patients with life limiting conditions and their families. Leah has worked with the Victorian Paediatric Palliative Care Program (VPPCP) since 2012 providing leadership in developing the social work role and more recently in the role of Palliative Care Bereavement Coordinator.
